Manali:

Nestled, at the northern end of the Kullu Valley, Manali is a hill station situated at a height of 6700 ft in the Himalayas.No wonder the snow covered peaks and the verdant terrain of Manali attracts a lot of nature & adventure lovers. With us, Manali becomes a real Himalayan experience to be remembered and cherished for a lifetime. The gurgling river Beas, the mighty snow clad mountains and the symphony of birds on the Pine trees...the campsite itself is an amphitheater.

Trekking, Rock Climbing, Rappelling, Burma Bridge, Zipline, Tent Pitching, Group games, Bonfire, Visit to Solang Valley, Snow point, Manali town and Atal Tunnel (subject to permission availability).

Accommodation:

Separate accommodation for boys and girls will be in tents on 4-6 sharing basis for students and on 4 sharing basis for families. All tents are equipped with mattresses & sleeping bags/quilts, have electricity and attached toilets & bathrooms.

Please Carry:

Six pairs of comfortable clothes, night dress, shorts, sweater, jacket, raincoat, bath towel, sports shoes, socks, sandals/floaters, woollen cap, woollen socks, leather gloves, sunglasses, water bottle, torch, daypack, folding umbrella and toiletries (soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, sunscreen, cold cream, lip balm etc.). Also carry an original photo ID proof. The participants may have to pay fine, wherever applicable in the absence of original photo ID.

All The Items: mentioned should preferably be packed in a rucksack that is easier to carry. Please do not bring any disposable items, ornaments and other valuables. Binoculars and camera are optional.

Food:

Wholesome and hygienic vegetarian food will be served, including breakfast, lunch and dinner even during the journey. Special Jain / Swaminarayan food is also served if mentioned in the application form.

Certificate:

A specially designed certificate will be issued to students who participate in all the activities & abide by all the Camp rules.

Medical Facilities: in the form of  First aid would be available throughout the programme. All emergencies would be treated by the nearest available doctor/medical facility. If any participant/s needs to be taken to a clinic or hospital, they will be responsible for covering the doctor's fee, medical expenses, transport charges, and any other related costs.

Itinerary

Participants depart from Sabarmati (BG) for Delhi by 3AC train, either in the morning or evening, depending on the available schedule.

Upon arrival in Delhi in the morning, the group boards an AC luxury bus for the onward journey to Manali. Arrival at the campsite is expected around 23:00, followed by tent allotment and rest.

After breakfast, campers attend an important orientation meeting to understand the objectives, rules, and activity plan of the camp. Later, participants learn tent-pitching techniques. After lunch, the group sets out on a short trek to a nearby village, offering a gentle introduction to the Himalayan terrain.

he day begins with a half-day trek to the stunning and serene Parsha Waterfalls. Participants return to the campsite for lunch. In the afternoon, adventure activities such as the Burma Bridge and Zip Line are conducted.

The morning is dedicated to rock climbing and rappelling sessions under expert guidance. After an early lunch, the group visits the Hadimba Temple and explores Manali town, with time allotted for shopping. In the evening, everyone gathers for a lively bonfire accompanied by music.

A full-day excursion is planned to the Atal Tunnel, Solang Valley, and the designated snow point. Participants enjoy breathtaking views and snow. Packed lunch will be provided for the day.

After breakfast, a feedback session is held, followed by a group photograph to capture camp memories. The group departs for Chandigarh around 11:00 and reaches by evening. Overnight stay at Chandigarh.

After breakfast, the group leaves for Delhi around 09:00. Arrival is expected in the evening, after which participants board the 3AC train for Sabarmati (BG).

Important Notes:
  • This is a tentative schedule and may change based on operational feasibility.
  • The final travel schedule will be provided two days before departure.
  • If any scheduled activity is cancelled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, no refund will be provided.
  • This is a wilderness trek in the Himalayas, not a comfort-based nature camp. Please join only if you are ready to embrace the raw beauty of nature, ready to adapt in any condition, expect least facilities and push your limits—both physically and mentally.

Costing

Charges:

Charges are inclusive of accomodation, travelling from Vadodara / Ahmedabad (by different modes), food, activities and GST. 

From Ahmedabad by 3AC Train Journey Regular Coach 

Rs.29,700/- For Students (11-22 yrs)

Rs.31,700/- For Others (Above 22 yrs)

Rs.25,700/- For Child with Family (5 to 10 yrs)

Batch 01 to 10 and 25 & 28 are also open for families.


Registration:

Registration: Please fill up the registration form and pay an advance of Rs. 10000/-  to confirm your booking along with a photocopy of your photo ID. The balance payment should reach our office at least 30 days before the commencement of the journey. Reservation is done on first come first served basis. Railway reservation will depend on the availability of tickets.
Cheques, NEFT/RTGS should be in favour of OUTDOORS UNLIMITED, payable at Vadodara only. 

A batch in any programme is subject to cancellation if the total numbers of participants is below 20.


Cancellation Charges:

Minimum cancellation (before 65 days) : @ 05% of the total programme cost.

Between 65 to 31 days : @ 10% of the total programme cost.

Between 30 to 15 days : @ 25% of the total programme cost.

Between 14 & 8 days : @ 50% of the total programme cost.

Last 7 days or No Show : No Refund


Cancellation charges will be applicable on total Program cost.
