TENTATIVE SCHEDULE Batch 01,02,03 & 07 (Chartered Bogie) Batch 04,05,06,08 & 09 (Regular Coach)

Depart from Sabarmati (BG) for Pathankot in the morning by train, travelling in a 3 AC Chartered Bogie or 3 AC Regular Coach.

Arrive at Pathankot at 15:00 and proceed to Dalhousie by luxury vehicle/s. Reach the Dalhousie campsite around 21:00, followed by tent allotment and dinner.

The day begins with an orientation meeting at 07:00. This first gathering is essential as it helps campers understand the objectives, guidelines, and activities of the camp. After breakfast, participants receive a briefing on mountain walking and go on a Nature Walk through the surrounding forest to learn about the local flora. The group returns to the campsite for lunch. At 15:30, campers are introduced to Rappelling and Jumaring, conducted in two groups, offering a thrilling experience and a chance to build confidence.

Embark on a half-day trek to a scenic hilltop—the highest point in the Dalhousie region—offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Return to the campsite for lunch. At 15:30, participants will enjoy Zipline activities and group games, conducted in two groups to promote teamwork, interaction, and active participation.

After breakfast, the activities will be interchanged—participants who completed Jumaring earlier will now do Rappelling, and those who did Rappelling will take part in Jumaring. Before lunch, participants attend an engaging session on Birds. In the afternoon, activities will again be interchanged—participants who earlier participated in group games will now do the Zipline, and those who did the Zipline will join the group games. A short meeting regarding the Khajjiar trek will be held at 18:00. The day concludes with an exciting Night Trek and the “Night Under the Stars” experience at 20:30.

Embark on a scenic trek to Khajjiar in the morning, offering breathtaking views and opportunities for exploration. Return to the campsite by 13:00. A fun-filled Treasure Hunt is organised at 17:00.

After breakfast, a feedback session and group photo session are held. Following an early lunch, the group visits Dalhousie town for shopping or window shopping.
