Eligibility:
for students of age group 11-22 years only.
Activities:
Trekking, Bird watching, Tree Identification, Rock climbing, Rappelling, Tyrolean traverse, Vertical ladder, Nature quiz, town visit and Campfire.
Accommodation:
Students will be accommodated in Alpine tents on 4 to 5-sharing basis, with separate arrangements for boys and girls. All tents are equipped with electricity and comfortable sleeping arrangements. The campsite also has clean and well-maintained western-style toilets and bathrooms to ensure a comfortable stay.
Food:
Wholesome & hygienic vegetarian food will be served. Jain food is also available if mentioned in the application form.
Travelling:
Would be in Luxury Bus. Vehicle/s will be arranged as per the group strength.
Medical Facilities:
Medical facilities in the form of First Aid would be available throughout the programme. All emergencies would be treated by the nearest available doctor/medical facility. If any participant/s nbeeds to be taken to a clinic or hospital, they will be responsible for covering the doctor's fee, medical expenses, transport charges and any other related costs.
Please Carry:
Three pairs of comfortable clothes, sweater, jacket, woollen cap, woollen gloves, towel, night dress, sports shoes, socks, slippers/floaters, torch, water bag, cap, day pack, sanitary requisites (soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, sunscreen, cold cream, lip balm etc.), and pen.
All the Items mentioned should preferably be packed in a rucksack that is easier to carry. Please do not bring plastic/polythene bags or any disposable items, ornaments, cell phone and other valuables. Binoculars and camera are optional.
Cell Phones:
Cell phones are allowed but not during camp activities.
