Shimla: A veritable paradise endowed with great natural beauty, Shimla sits in the centre of lofty snow-capped peaks and a dense forest of Deodar and Oak trees. An adventure camp here promises an unbelievable landscape clubbed with unique and exhilarating activities for all age groups.

Eligibility: Open for all

Activities: Navigation trekking through map reading, Bush Craft, Double Rope Crossing, Burma Bridge, Rappelling, Treasure Hunt and Campfire. Visit to Kufri Zoo & Shimla Town.

Accommodation: Seperate accommodation for boys & girls on 3-4 sharing basis in deluxe tents and seperate tent per family. All tents are equipped with cots, mattresses & quilts, have electricity & attached toilets and bathrooms. 

Please Carry: Four pairs of comfortable clothes, one pair warm clothes, towel, sports shoes, cotton socks, slippers, torch, cap, water bag and sanitary requisites.

All the Items mentioned should preferably be packed in a rucksack that is easier to carry. Please do not bring plastic/polythene bags or any disposable items, ornaments and other valuables. Binoculars and camera are optional.

Certificate: A specially designed certificate will be issued to students who participate in all the activities & abide by all the Camp rules.

Food: Wholesome and hygienic vegetarian food will be served. Jain food will be available on prior request. Two bottles of drinking water per day will be provided during the train journey.

Essential Medical:
Facilities in the form of first aid would be available at the campsite. All emergences would be treated by the nearest available doctor/medical facility.

Mobile Phones:
Are allowed but not during camp activities.

Please Submit:
A Photocopy of the Photo ID proof at the time of registration and the same original Photo ID proof, seven days before departure. The participants may have to pay fine, wherever applicable in the absence of original Photo ID.

Please Note:
Road journey in all the programmes would be in Non Ac vehicles.

TENTATIVE SCHEDULE (By Regular AC train )

Day 01: Depart from Ahmedabad for Delhi by train.

Day 02: Arrive Delhi in the morning and leave for Shimla Campsite by Non Ac luxury bus. Arrive Campsite at around 21:00. Basic instructions, tent allotment, and dinner.

Day 03: Orientation meeting, breakfast and short trek in the morning. Valley crossing & Bush craft in two groups after lunch.

Day 04: Double rope crossing and Burma bridge in the morning. After lunch Treasure hunt.

Day 05: Rock climbing and Rappelling in the morning. Navigation trek through map reading after lunch.

Day 06: Concluding session in the morning. Visit Kufri Nature Park and Shimla town in the noon. Depart for Delhi after dinner.

Day 07: Arrive Delhi in the morning and leave for Ahmedabad by train in the afternoon.

Day 08: Arrive Ahmedabad in the morning.

Please note that this is a tentative schedule and may change as per the operational feasibility.
• If we don't get the tickets in a direct train, we may go via Udaipur.
• Final travel schedule will be ready 2 days before the departure.

Charges: Our charges are inclusive of accomodation, travelling from Ahmedbad (by different modes), food, service charges and GST. All charges are per person.

Registration: Please fill up the registration form and pay an advance of Rs. 6000/- for 3 AC Train Journey to confirm your booking. The balance payment should reach our office at least 30 days before the commencement of the journey. Reservation is done on first come first served basis. Railway reservation will depend on the availability of tickets.

Package Cost Includes: All meals during the camp/tour (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner). Transfers & sightseeing as mentioned in the itinerary by Non-A/c Vehicle. Accommodation in Tents. Assistance on arrival.

Package Cost Does Not Include: Any meals other than those mentioned above. Any Hotel tips, Room Service, Laundry, Mineral water, Telephone charges and all items of personal nature and meals and drinks not specified in the inclusions. Any services not specifically mentioned in the inclusions. .Camera fees wherever applicable. Ropeway/Boating charges wherever applicable. In case if any sightseeing place is cancelled or rescheduled, due to any unforeseen reasons, no refund will be given for that.

Cheques or DD should be in favour of OUTDOORS UNLIMITED, payable at VADODARA only.

A Batch in any programme is subjet to cancellation if total number of participants is below 20.

All Covid-19 norms & regulations wil be followed at all campsites at all times.

Cancellation Charges:
Minimum : @10%
Between 30 & 15 days : @25%
Between 14 & 8 days : @50%
Last 7 days : No Refund

* Cancellation charges will be applicable on total Program cost.
* Please note that the booking is not transferable.
* Please bring original receipt for claiming the refund.

*Jain food will be provided on demand as per availability
*The amount once paid is non transferable.
*The balance payment is to be paid atleast 30 days before the departure of the batch. If balance payment is not made on time it would automatically be considered cancelled without any prior intimation and no refund would be given in this regard.
*Local Cheque/Demand Draft should be issued in favour of OUTDOORS UNLIMITED
*Outstation cheque would not beaccepted.
*Payment against dishonored cheque/s to be paid in cash with additional charge of Rs.200/- per cheque.
*No refund will be given in case the participant terminates the tour at any point due to any reason.
*According to the strength of the group proper vehicle would be arranged and that should be acceptable to all.
*Participants will have to walk to visit the places that are near to the hotel or where our vehicle cannot reach.
*Please do not bring valuables in the tour. It will be participants’ duty to take care of their own luggage. Company is not liable for any kind of theft, loss or damage to your luggage.
*At any point during the tour if any damage is done to the hotel property or bus or at any other point knowingly or unknowingly by any participant the responsible participant will have to bear the total damage charges and will have to settle it on the spot.
*Tour may be cancelled if there is not enough strength, actual amount paid by the participant towards the trip will be refunded by A/c payee cheque only. No other claims will be entertained.
*It is the responsibility of participant to collect the necessary travel documents from our office on time.
*The organisers or any individual connected with it will no be held responsible in case of any accident or any unforeseen calamity.
*The Company reserves the unconditional right to refuse a booking/terminate a passenger on tour in event of unreasonable behaviour at any time.
*The Company has the right at any time and for any reason to amend, alter, vary or withdraw/substitute a hotel, travel arrangement or independent contractor for the reasons, which may be deemed fit and proper by the Company. The passengers shall have no rights to raise any dispute regarding the same.
*In case if the tour days increases due to any unforeseen circumstances, the participants will have to pay Rs.400/- per head per day in cash to the tour manager.
*Company has the right to use the participant's name, information and photographs in promotional materials, brochures and press releases.
*In case if any rescue operation is to be undertaken, it will be charged from the participants on actual basis.
*Organisers will not be responsible towards any internal disputes arising with fellow participants.
*Any claim or complaint by the passenger must be notified to the Company in writing within ten days after the tour completion date. No claim notified to the Company outside this period will be entertained and the Company shall incur no liability in respect thereof.
*If the passenger has any complaint in respect of services provided by any of the independent contractors, the passenger shall immediately notify the same to the independent contractor and a copy thereof should be handed over to the tour manager, to enable the Company to take up the matter with the independent contractor.
*Disputes, if any, will be subject to jurisdiction of VADODARA courts only.

Accommodation: Campers will stay in Eco huts.

Campsite: All ANALA campsites are away from maddening crowds of the cities

Escorts:
Trained volunteers will escort the campers from Ahmedabad to the campsite & back. Apart from these volunteers, there will be enough people to look after them at the campsite.

Discipline:
We are very strict with ourselves and the campers. They will not be allowed to go out of the campsite without escorts. The campsite is a safe place and we have an excellent rapport with the local people.
Food: Food will be vegetarian, wholesome & hygienic. In the train, we generally provide the available train food.­ Care will be taken for providing special food for religiously strict participants at the campsite. But the same cannot be guaranteed during the travelling.

Communication:
We do not have a telephone at the campsite.

In case of an Emergency:
Our camp director will be constantly in touch with the office, so in case of any emergency, you should contact our office.

Medical Help:
There is a doctor on call for all medical emergencies. ­All our volunteers are trained in basic first aid.

Toilets: There will be attached toilets with bathrooms. Please help to maintain proper hygiene.

Extra Money:
As such our charges include everything, still you may require some extra money for shopping/refreshments.

Things to be carried:
A list of things to be carried is given in the brochure. Stick to it, if need be, send more but not less.
Water Bottle – with a strap, Gloves , Goggles, Sports shoes with grip ,Warm clothes,  Easy to carry luggage.

Anything else:
Keep the itinerary with you and give only seat nos. to the campers. Though proper care of all the luggage is taken, we will not be responsible for any lost items. We have a system of “Lost & Found” at the campsite. Please pay the balance payment 30 days before the departure.
