Batch Dates
Fixed departure dates would be announced as and when we declare the same. Customized programmes for groups can be arranged as per requirement.
 

Day 01 :Dehradun / Haridwar – Camp Bugyalsarai, Barsu (2350 m)  210 km / 7 hr 
Arrive at Dehradun/Haridwar in the morning, freshen up, have breakfast and leave for Camp at Barsu village   Lunch on way. Arrive at Camp by early evening and relax with a hot cup of tea. The camp overlooks the Himalayan peaks of Gangotri I, II and III, Jaunli, Draupdi ka Danda and Srikanth. Dinner and O/n tents.

Day 02: Barsu (2350 m)– Barnala (2900 m)  4 km/4 hr - Dayara (3250 m) 4 km/4 hr 
Have an early breakfast and get ready for a trek to Barnala lake (2900 m) about 4 hours away. Packed Lunch at Barnala. After lunch proceed to Dayara Bugyal. Reach Dayara Bugyal by evening. Explore the forest around the camp. O/n tents.

Day 03 : Dayara (3250 m) – Siyara / Gidara Bugyal – Bakria Top  
Have early breakfast and prepare to trek to Gidara Bugyal. Packed lunch. If time permits reach till Bakria Top. The bugyals( (meadows), spread over 28 sq kms, are grazing grounds for sheep and cattle and have a 360 degree view of the Himalayas. Spend the day walking around the meadows. Reach Dayara Bugyal by evening. O/n tents 

Day 04: Dayara (3646 m) - Barsu 6 km / 4 hr 
Wake up to a lovely sunrise and walk a little higher for a nice view of Bandarpoonch (6500 mtrs). After breakfast, start walking back to Barsu, approx 5 hrs. Reach camp by late afternoon. Relax with a hot cup of tea, have a hot bath and settle down to have dinner around a bonfire. O/n camp. 

Day 05 : Barsu – Dehradun / Haridwar
After breakfast leave for Dehradun/Haridwar. Lunch on way, arrive by late afternoon and catch train to go home.

*The route may change on the last moment if the weather conditions are not favourable.
*If the trip gets abandoned after departure due to unfavourable weather conditions, no refund will be given. 
*All treks are subject to weather condition. 

Costing:
Rs. 10,900/- on double sharing basis
(All charges are per person)

Transportation extra as mentioned in the itinerary by Non‐A/c Vehicle will be Rs. 2600/- per pax

Our services are from pick up on Day 01 to drop on Day 05.

Registration:
Please fill up the registration form and pay an advance of Rs.7500/- to confirm your booking. The balance payment should reach our office at least 30 days before the commencement of the journey. Cheques or DD should be in favour of OUTDOORS UNLIMITED, payable at VADODARA only.

* Any costs arising out of unforeseen circumstances like landslides, road blocks, bad weather, etc.

Cancellation Charges*:
Minimum: 10%
between 45 to 30 Days: 25%
between 30 to 15 Days: 50%
Last 15 Days: No refund

* Cancellation charges will be applicable on total Program cost.
* Please note that the booking is not transferable.
* Please bring original receipt for claiming the refund.
  •  Jain food will be provided on demand as per availability .
  • The amount once paid is non transferable. 
  • The balance payment is to be paid atleast 30 days before the departure of the batch. If balance payment is not made on time it would automatically be considered cancelled without any prior intimation and no refund would be given in this regard. 
  • Local Cheque/Demand Draft should be issued in favour of OUTDOORS UNLIMITED
  • Outstation cheque would not be accepted. 
  • Payment against dishonored cheque/s to be paid in cash with additional charge of Rs.200/- per cheque. 
  • No refund will be given in case the participant terminates the programme at any point due to any reason. 
  • According to the strength of the group proper vehicle would be arranged and that should be acceptable to all. 
  • Participants will have to walk to visit the places that are near to the hotel or where our vehicle cannot reach. 
  • Please do not bring valuables in the programme. It will be participants’ duty to take care of their own luggage. Company is not liable for any kind of theft, loss or damage to your luggage. 
  • At any point during the programme if any damage is done to the hotel property or bus or at any other point knowingly or unknowingly by any participant the responsible participant will have to bear the total damage charges and will have to settle it on the spot. 
  • In case of the cancellation of the programme, actual amount paid by the participant towards the trip will be refunded by A/c payee cheque only. No other claims will be entertained. 
  • It is the responsibility of participant to collect the necessary travel documents from our office on time. 
  • The organisers or any individual connected with it will not be held responsible in case of any accident or any unforeseen calamity. 
  • The Company reserves the unconditional right to refuse a booking/terminate a passenger on programme in event of unreasonable behaviour at any time. 
  • The Company has the right at any time and for any reason to amend, alter, vary or withdraw/substitute a hotel, travel arrangement or independent contractor for the reasons, which may be deemed fit and proper by the Company. The passengers shall have no rights to raise any dispute regarding the same. 
  • In case if the programme days increases due to any unforeseen circumstances, the participants will have to pay Rs.400/- per head per day in cash to the programme manager. 
  • Outdoors Unlimited has the right to use the participant's name, information and photographs in promotional materials, brochures and press releases.
  • In case if any rescue operation is to be undertaken, it will be charged from the participants on actual basis.
  • In case if the programme is cancelled or abandoned due to any unforeseen circumstances, no refund would be given.
  • Organisers will not be responsible towards any internal disputes arising with fellow participants.
  • Any claim or complaint by the passenger must be notified to the Company in writing within ten days after the programme completion date. No claim notified to the Company outside this period will be entertained and the Company shall incur no liability in respect thereof.
  • If the passenger has any complaint in respect of services provided by any of the independent contractors, the passenger shall immediately notify the same to the independent contractor and a copy thereof should be handed over to the programme manager, to enable the Company to take up the matter with the independent contractor.
  • The signing of the booking form by the passengers shall mean acceptance in totality of the ‘Terms and Conditions’ contained herein by the passengers.
  • In case of one or more, but not all passengers signing the ‘Booking Form’, it shall be deemed that the others have duly authorized the concerned signing passenger.
  • Disputes, if any, will be subject to jurisdiction of VADODARA courts only.
