Eligibility: 
Students 11 to 22 years

TENTATIVE SCHEDULE (7 days)  – For Batch 01 & 03
Day 01: Depart from Ahmedabad for Haridwar/Delhi by train.

Day 02: Arrive Haridwar/Delhi and depart for Jayalgarh by 2x2 Non Ac bus. Arrive at the Campsite in the evening. Dinner & Tent allotment.

Day 03: Rappelling and Jumaring after breakfast. Return to the camp for lunch and post lunch, Water exercise & Kayaking.

Day 04: After breakfast, Rafting on River Alaknanda. Return to camp for lunch. Bridge Slithering in the evening.

Day 05: Rafting on River Alaknanda for the second time after breakfast. Back to the Campsite for late lunch. Concluding session in the evening.

Day 06: Depart for Haridwar/Delhi after breakfast Arrive Haridwar/Delhi and then to Ahmedabad by train.

Day 07: Arrive Ahmedabad.

• There would be a theory session on Rafting. Games like volleyball etc. can be attempted during the free time at the campsite.
• Please note that this is a tentative schedule and may change as per the operational feasibility.
• If we don't get the tickets in a direct train, we may go via Ajmer, Delhi or Udaipur.
• Final travel schedule will be ready 2 days before the departure.


TENTATIVE SCHEDULE (7 days)- For Batch 02 (Special Coach)
29/10/19: Please Report Ahmedabad Kalupur Railway Station at 23:30.

30/10/19: Depart from Ahmedabad for Delhi at 00:50 by train. Arrive Delhi and depart for Jayalgarh by 2x2 Non Ac bus.

31/10/19: Arrive Jayalgarh in the morning. Breakfast & Tent allotment. After lunch, Water exercise & Kayaking.

01/11/19: After breakfast, Rafting on River Alaknanda. Return to camp for lunch. Bridge Slithering in the evening.

02/11/19: After breakfast, Rafting on River Alaknanda for the second time and back to the Campsite for late lunch.

03/11/19: After breakfast there will be Rappelling and Jumaring. Concluding session in the evening and depart for Delhi.

04/11/19: Arrive Delhi in the morning and depart for Ahmedabad.

05/11/19: Arrive Ahmedabad at 07:15 morning.

• There would be a theory session on Rafting. Games like volleyball etc. can be attempted during the free time at the campsite.

Charges:
Our charges are inclusive of accomodation, travelling from Ahmedbad (by different modes), food, service charges and GST. All charges are per person.

Registration:
Please fill up the registration form and pay an advance of Rs. 6000/- for 3AC train journey to confirm your booking. The balance payment should reach our office at least 30 days before the commencement of the journey. Reservation is done on first come first served basis.

Package Cost Includes
All meals during the camp / tour (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner). Transfers & sightseeing as mentioned in the itinerary by Non-A/c Vehicle. Accommodation in Tents.  Assistance on arrival.

Package Cost Does Not Include
Any meals other than those mentioned above.  Any Hotel tips, Room Service, Laundry, Mineral water, Telephone charges and all items of personal nature and meals and drinks not specified in the inclusions. Any services not specifically mentioned in the inclusions. Camera fees wherever applicable. Ropeway/Boating charges wherever applicable. In case if any sightseeing place is cancelled or rescheduled, due to any unforeseen reasons, no refund will be given for that. 

Cheques or DD should be in favour of OUTDOORS UNLIMITED, payable at Vadodara only.

• Jain food will be provided on demand as per availability.
• The amount once paid is non transferable.
• The balance payment is to be paid atleast 30 days before the departure of the batch. If balance payment is not made on time it would automatically be considered cancelled without any prior intimation and no refund would be given in this regard.
• Local Cheque/Demand Draft should be issued in favour of OUTDOORS UNLIMITED
• Outstation cheque would not be accepted.
• Payment against dishonored cheque/s to be paid in cash with additional charge of Rs.200/- per cheque.
• No refund will be given in case the participant terminates the tour at any point due to any reason.
• According to the strength of the group proper vehicle would be arranged and that should be acceptable to all.
• Participants will have to walk to visit the places that are near to the hotel or where our vehicle cannot reach.
• Please do not bring valuables in the tour. It will be participants’ duty to take care of their own luggage. Company is not liable for any kind of theft, loss or damage to your luggage.
• At any point during the tour if any damage is done to the hotel property or bus or at any other point knowingly or unknowingly by any participant the responsible participant will have to bear the total damage charges and will have to settle it on the spot.
• Tour may be cancelled if there is not enough strength, actual amount paid by the participant towards the trip will be refunded by A/c payee cheque only. No other claims will be entertained.
• It is the responsibility of participant to collect the necessary travel documents from our office on time.
• The organisers or any individual connected with it will no be held responsible in case of any accident or any unforeseen calamity.
• The Company reserves the unconditional right to refuse a booking/terminate a passenger on tour in event of unreasonable behaviour at any time.
• The Company has the right at any time and for any reason to amend, alter, vary or withdraw/substitute a hotel, travel arrangement or independent contractor for the reasons, which may be deemed fit and proper by the Company. The passengers shall have no rights to raise any dispute regarding the same.
• In case if the tour days increases due to any unforeseen circumstances, the participants will have to pay Rs.400/- per head per day in cash to the tour manager.
• Outdoors Unlimited has the right to use the participant's name, information and photographs in promotional materials, brochures and press releases.
• In case if any rescue operation is to be undertaken, it will be charged from the participants on actual basis.
• In case if the tour is cancelled or abandoned due to any unforeseen circumstances, no refund would be given.
• Organisers will not be responsible towards any internal disputes arising with fellow participants.
• Any claim or complaint by the passenger must be notified to the Company in writing within ten days after the tour completion date. No claim notified to the Company outside this period will be entertained and the Company shall incur no liability in respect thereof.
• If the passenger has any complaint in respect of services provided by any of the independent contractors, the passenger shall immediately notify the same to the independent contractor and a copy thereof should be handed over to the tour manager, to enable the Company to take up the matter with the independent contractor.
• The signing of the booking form by the passengers shall mean acceptance in totality of the ‘Terms and Conditions’ contained herein by the passengers. In case of one or more, but not all passengers signing the ‘Booking Form’, it shall be deemed that the others have duly authorized the concerned signing passenger.
• Disputes, if any, will be subject to jurisdiction of VADODARA courts only.

• Accommodation: Campers will stay in Tents / Eco huts as per programme. Females and Males would be accommodated separately.
• Campsite: All ANALA campsites are away from maddening crowds of the cities
• Escorts: Trained volunteers will escort the campers from Ahmedabad to the campsite & back. Apart from these volunteers, there will be enough people to look after them at the campsite.
• Discipline: We are very strict with ourselves and the campers. They will not be allowed to go out of the campsite without escorts. The campsite is a safe place and we have an excellent rapport with the local people.
• Food: Food will be vegetarian, wholesome & hygienic. In the train, we generally provide the available train food.­ Care will be taken for providing special food for religiously strict participants at the campsite. But the same cannot be guaranteed during the travelling.
• Communication: We do not have a telephone at the campsite. But the campers will get a chance to call up at home during their visit to the town.
• Mobile Phones: Please do not send/bring mobile phones – because it’s part of the learning.
• In case of an Emergency: Our camp director will be constantly in touch with the office, so in case of any emergency, you should contact our office.
• Medical Help: There is a doctor on call for all medical emergencies. ­All our volunteers are trained in basic first aid.
• Toilets: There will be attached toilets with bathrooms. Please help to maintain proper hygiene.
• Extra Money: As such our charges include everything, still they may require some extra money for shopping/refreshments. Give/bring only as much as they/you can handle.
• ­Things to be carried: A list of things to be carried is given in the brochure. Stick to it, if need be, send more but not less.
  
• Water Bottle – with a strap, Gloves , Goggles, Sports shoes with grip ,Warm clothes,  Easy to carry luggage.
• While in Train: Campers should not get down of the train at the stations. In case of any requirement, the group leader should be informed
• Anything else: Keep the itinerary with you and give only seat nos. to the campers. Though proper care of all the luggage is taken, we will not be responsible for any lost items. We have a system of “Lost & Found” at the campsite. Please pay the balance payment 30 days before the departure.
  
• Report outside inquiry counter only. Do not reach directly to the train.
