We focus on conducting 'Experiential Learning' through specialized adventure and offbeat programs. Shital Pawar (Founder & Owner)
Shital designs, develops and delivers a wide range of training programs. An expert at customizing his approach and methodologies to provide a tailored programs to meet an organization's specific needs. Shital has a very energetic participative delivery style and proactively encourages the best from his course participants.
A professional from basic sciences, with a postgraduate diploma in Environmental Science, has over 19 years of experience mainly in the field of Nature Education & Environmental Awareness, Action-oriented campaigns & Adventure Camps. His key functional areas include program planning, coordination and implementation. He launched Outdoors Unlimited, a professional body to create an environmental conscious society in Vadodara and conceptualizing and implementing experiential learning.
He has worked as Research Associate with the Wildlife Management Studies Team for the Shoolpaneshwar Wildlife Sanctuary carrying out the research study in Shoolpaneshwar Wildlife Sanctuary.
He later on joined as Education Officer with the World Wide Fund for Nature – India, Vadodara Division, conceptualizing and implementing experiential learning. His communication skills and outdoor experience has helped in developing and training people and meeting the need of both, individuals and modern businesses. Shital has always been attracted to the forest & the mountains since his childhood.
